    Meet with our dietitian to review medical history. You will be provided with a snapshot of your weight loss journey and plan.

  • Assessment Day

    • Labs Conducted: CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, TSH, A1C, Insulin, Uric Acid, Lipid Panel
    • EKG, Resting Metabolic Rate, Body Composition
    • Meet with our registered dietitian to finalize the program structure
  • Phase 1 12 weeks

    Active Weight Loss

    • Weekly visits with your provider and/or dietitian
    • Routine monitoring of labs
    • Intensive behavioral modifications
    • Nutritional counseling
    • Close medication monitoring
    • Exercise recommendations
    • Monthly classes
    • Optional meal replacements
  • Phase 2 6 weeks

    Transition

    • Gradually increase calorie consumptions
    • Regular visits with your provider and/or dietitian
    • Monthly classes
    • Transition off meal replacement products
  • Phase 3 34 weeks

    Maintenance

    • Continuation of monthly classes
    • Monthly visits with your dietitian
    • Continue building foundation for long term success
